Collaborative Leadership and Shared Expertise
Dara Page is a dedicated apparel product development professional who finds fulfillment in technical precision and collaborative growth. She has had the privilege of supporting design teams of up to 12 people, helping to bring monthly lines to life for global brands including Ralph Lauren, Belk, and Champion. Currently, she enjoys sharing her journey by teaching classes on Tuesday and Wednesday nights in downtown Raleigh, NC for anyone interested in exploring the craft together.
A Commitment to Technical Growth
In her role as the Product Development Manager at Haus Page, Dara focuses on assisting a specialized cut-and-sew operation for women's ready-to-wear, outerwear, and leather goods, alongside providing alterations and community teaching. She is grateful to contribute her experience across the manufacturing lifecycle:
- Collaborating on techpacks and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Supporting Cut-Make-Trim (CMT) departments
- Coordinating with domestic and overseas factory partners
- Proficiency in CAD tools: Gerber, Tukatech, and Adobe Illustrator
Community and Learning
Dara is honored to participate in the education of future makers, contributing as a guest speaker at Duke University, UNC, NC State, and local groups like Scrap Exchange and the American Sewing Guild. Weekly classes help at Haus Page on Tuesday and Wednesday nights in Raleigh. She is also a humble participant in quarterly sewing bees to support our neighbors in the RTP community.
